TONIGHT LiveOne Hosts Charity Music Festival + Livestream, “Music Gives” To Support Women’s Rights
The music, tech and entertainment platform LiveOne expands on their Music Gives franchise with an in-person and livestreamed music festival tonight at 9:00pm EST/6:00pm PST. The festival will be livestreamed across the LiveOne platform to over 220 countries.
The event – in partnership with Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project (WRRAP) – will utilize the voices of 20 emerging and established artists in support of women’s rights, protection and women’s personal liberties. Executive Director of WRRAP, Sylvia Ghazarian notes how “‘Music Gives’ recognizes the important role artists in building awareness and raising urgently needed funding for WRRAP” and “commends [the] festival for standing with [WRRAP] with their support of reproductive justice as we continue to fight for our fundamental human rights.”
The artists featured in the event includes AJA, Blush, Carly Rose, Chloe Copoloff, Devin Kennedy, Francis Karel, Garii, Grace Gaustad, Huey Mack, Jenny Baker,Jillian Rossi, Krooked Kings, Lauren Weintraub, Marlo The Barbarian, Mikey Ferrari, Molly Moore, Not The Main Characters, Ryan Nealon and Wens.
Fans will be able to text ‘MusicGives’ to 44321 to donate to WRRAP with CEO and Chairman of the LiveOne, Robert Ellin noting he will “personally…match all donations up to $100,000 in [his] shares of LiveOne‘s stock.”
Music Gives is a brand-new franchise expanding from LiveOne‘s original franchise Music Lives and its philanthropic efforts. Music Lives achieved over 5 billion engagements with over 350 artists worldwide.
