All Access sends a big thank you out to RCA Record’s VP/Promotion Wendy Goodman, West Coast Regional Ko-Fung Shih, West Coast Rhythm National Lori Giamela and the entire label staff who welcomed their radio and music industry friends out on Monday, June 30th for a great live performance by their newest Pop and Hot AC chart toppers MAGIC! at the world-famous Troubadour in West Hollywood.
MAGIC! performed a fun up-tempo set of Reggae flavored Pop for a sold-out crowd to celebrate the release of their new album “Don’t Kill The Magic.” The set included their Top 5 Pop and Hot AC hit “Rude,” along with other new songs from the album including “No Evil,” “Let Your Hair Down,” Paradise,” and “Mama Didn’t Raise No Fool.”
MAGIC! also performed a great cover of the Stevie Wonder song “Master Blaster (Jammin’)” and dedicated the song “How Do You Want To Be Remembered” to their manager Charles Chavez who signed the group to RCA. The band then got the crowd singing along to their version of the Cyndi Lauper favorite “Girls Just Want To Have Fun” just before closing the night with the album’s title-track, “Don’t Kill The Magic” and their current hit single “Rude.”
