Stephen King’s “IT” A Musical Parody follows the haunting plot line in Derry, Maine where seven young outcasts confront their worst nightmare – a shape-shifting evil that emerges from the sewer to prey on children and disguises itself as a clown, known as Pennywise. Taking place over one horrifying summer, the group must band together to overcome their fears and battle the infamous, monstrous demonic evil. The second half of the show sees the group of misfits 20 years in the future still battling Pennywise. Rockwell Musical Parodies’ rendition takes inspiration from both the original 1990 classic film and the 2017 re-make.
The cast for the show includes Garrett Clayton as Pennywise, Erron Crawford as Mike, Sterling Sulleman as Bill, Lana McKissack as Eddie, Janaya Jones as Stan, Trevin Goin as Ben, Gwen Hollander as Bev and E.K. Dagenfield as Ritchie and the producer.

Along with running through the story line of IT with incredible humor and fun dancing, the immensely talented actors also sang some of the biggest songs of today and the 80s and 90s. Some of the hits heard were “Boys of Summer” by Don Henley, “Bad” by Michael Jackson, “Anyway You Want It” by Journey, “Believer” by Imagine Dragons, Sia’s “Elastic Heart,” an amazing Britney Spears medley and many others.
