HALEY REINHART Put On A Sultry, Powerful and Lively Show at LA’s El Rey Theater!

Last night, singer-songwriter and American Idol alum, Haley Reinhart put on an incredible show at LA’s El Rey Theater. She just began her US Summer Headlining Tour in support of her latest sophomore album, “Better.”  (See below for all upcoming tour dates)

After this concert, it’s clear just why Reinhart continues to garner widespread attention and ultimately, recognition. It’s that voice of her’s. Yes, this girl can S-I-N-G!

Hearing her perform live, you can’t help but think of making comparisons to some of the the greatest female voices around today. Singers like Christina Aguilera, Aretha Franklin and Ariana Grande immediately come to mind. And yet, there’s more. Reinhart can sing any and every genre and style of music. She effortlessly transforms her voice to fit the style of song that she is singing at that moment. Jazz, soft ballads, bubblegum pop and most impressively, Haley can rock out too.

To prove this versatility, last year she went on tour with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox. The group takes popular songs of today and yesterday and re-imagines them in their own unique style. Their videos on YouTube reach millions and millions of viewers each day. She was a perfect fit for the band.

For the encore of this show, Scott Bradlee from Postmodern Jukebox and Casey Abrahms joined her on stage to perform Radiohead’s “Creep.” This particular video on YouTube has reached just over 18 millions views to date!

In a fun leopard-print onesie, Haley treated concert-goers to songs off her collection, “Better” including “Listen”, “My Cake”, “Good Or Bad”, “I Belong To You”and more. One highlight of the evening was when she sang her cover of Elvis Presley’s “Can’t Help Falling In Love.”

Song after song, Haley beautifully showcased her amazing control and strong vocal skills. Her genuine love of performing and being on stage were clearly obvious. It made for a perfect concert-going experience and an amazing way to spend a Monday night.
