The 10th ANNUAL ROOTS JAM SESSION and launch party for SERATO PYRO at Hotel Café in Hollywood was this past weekend to celebrate the GRAMMYS. Surprise performers and guests from the 3 night jam session included Lenny Kravitz, John Legend, Tori Kelly, Tinashe, Nelly, Pharrell, George Clinton, Jeremih, Kehlani, Natasha Bedingfield, Jazmine Sullivan, Lianne La Havas, Corinne Bailey Rae, Moses Sumney, Freddie Gibbs and more.

The jam session and launch party for new iOS music player app Serato Pyro kicked off each night with a jam session from The Roots and surprise performances from some of the biggest names in music, new and old, including several of this year’s Grammy nominated artists performers.
QUESTLOVE is all love behind the drums with his infectious smile.
The first night, THE ROOTS were joined by 2016 Grammy nominee KEHLANI for a couple of songs. JOHN LEGEND then took over the stage with a piano to continue to bring down the house with The Roots. Best New Artist nominee, Grammy performer and the most recent star to join The Voice as Adam Levine’s advisor, TORI KELLY then took the stage and performed 3 songs with her guitar. Indie artist BILAL jammed out before JEREMIH jumped up to sing several of his famed hip hop songs, including “Don’t Tell Em.” Finally, NELLY surprised the crowd and performed 3 of his classics, “E.I.,” “Ride Wit Me,” and Hot in Herre.” LEON BRIDGES and NATASHA BEDINGFIELD were also in attendance.
Night #2 included surprise performances by Grammy performer and nominee for Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Album ANDRA DAY, TINASHE, LEON BRIDGES, JAZMINE SULLIVAN, LIANNE LA HAVAS, CORINNE BAILEY RAE, and MOSES SUMNEY.

The final night of the event had surprise performances from GARY CLARK JR., GEORGE CLINTON and LENNY KRAVITZ took over the stage to close out the series with 3 of his hit songs including “Are You Gonna Go My Way” and “Fly Away.”

Living near the notable Sherpards Bush Empire music venue one of her most favorite concerts to date was seeing Bjork. Nicole has also worked for Walt Disney World in Product Development and later went on to work at Disney's Feature Animation Archives in Florida. Nicole has a passion for travel and adventure and has always wanted to live in California so she packed up and moved four years ago to the "left coast" and has been loving it ever since.
