The Used have been an anchor in the alternative/post-hardcore scene since its 2001 inception. With lead singer Bert McCracken’s passionate performances and the band’s roots in protest, this Utah band still garners lots of attention. Bass guitarist Jeph Howard talks about the band, the Living the Dream charity, and the evil that is Walmart.

Jackie Cular is the East Coast Field Editor for All Access Music Group, Inc., reporting reviews and interviews from festivals and concerts in the eastern part of the US. Jackie will travel up and down the eastern seaboard as well as the midwest to feature bands in many summer festivals.
